Adam joined SecondMarket directly out of university as the third employee, and has spent his entire professional career developing and growing SecondMarket’s marketplace for trading illiquid assets. Currently, his primary responsibility is to lead the firm's efforts around creating a platform to enable capital formation and shareholder liquidity for promising private companies. Previously, Adam was Co-Head of the SecondMarket trading desk, and responsible for managing transaction execution across all of SecondMarket’s asset class coverage areas.

Philip H. Reicherz

Managing Director, Restricted Securities

Philip Reicherz joined SecondMarket, Inc. as a Partner in January 2005. He has held several management positions. Currently, he is a Managing Director of the Restricted Securities Market. He leads the firm's efforts in facilitating liquidity in registered / unregistered public securities (i.e. equities, warrants, convertibles, etc.) primarily through privately negotiated transactions.

Mr. Reicherz is the Chairman of the firm's Risk Management Committee. He is also the Chairman of SecondMarket Impact, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to a variety of social, economic and environmental programs that promote education, entrepreneurship and community strengthening.
