One of the first three employees hired by SecondMarket, Adam Oliveri has played a critical role in the growth and development of the company’s online marketplace for trading illiquid assets. Currently Managing Director of SecondMarket’s Private Company Market, Mr. Oliveri is responsible for leading the firm's efforts to create an administration and liquidity platform for private company securities. Prior to this, Mr. Oliveri was Co-Head of the SecondMarket trading desk, and responsible for managing the company’s public and private company markets. In this role, he also helped in the development of SecondMarket’s online platform for trading auction-rate securities.

Philip H. Reicherz

Managing Director, Restricted Securities

Philip Reicherz joined SecondMarket, Inc. as a Partner in January 2005. He has held several management positions. Currently, he is a Managing Director of the Restricted Securities Market. He leads the firm's efforts in facilitating liquidity in registered / unregistered public securities (i.e. equities, warrants, convertibles, etc.) primarily through privately negotiated transactions.

John-Paul Teutonico began his career at SecondMarket in January 2005. As Managing Director of Transaction Services, Mr. Teutonico is responsible for diligence and settlement of all transactions. He has extensive knowledge and experience with restricted securities clearing, and hedging and monetization strategies. Mr. Teutonico is a member of the firm's Risk Management Committee and a co-Chairman of SecondMarket Impact.
